    So here I am sharing with you a recipe for Gajar Ka Halwa. This recipe is very simple and yet delicious. I am making this carrot halwa with available ingredients. So lets get started.


    • Gajar – 1 kg
    • Ghee – 1/2 Cup
    • Sugar – 1/3 cup
    • Cardamom Powder – 1 tsp
    • Cashews – 1/4 cup
