Mango barfi is a simple and easy to make dessert. Barfi is so fragrant and flavorful with the rich and smooth textures from the coconut, so we also going to add a coconut in it. Ingredients for Mango Barfi

- 1 1/2 Bowl Mango pulp
- 1/2 Cup powder sugar
- 1/4 Sugar
- 1/2 Cup Milk powder
- 1 tsp Illaychi(Cardamom) powder
- 8-9 Almonds
- 8-9 cashews
- 2 tsp Ghee
- Coconut Powder
- Saffron
- Sliver paper(optional)
How to Make Mango Barfi?
Follow the step by step image instructions to make mango barfi. To make this delicious sweet you just need to follow the steps.

Step 1: Take cashews and almonds in one Bowl. Take a pan and heat the ghee fry almonds and cashews for 3-4 minutes. Now add this fried cashews and almonds in mixer grinder bowl and grind it well.

Step 2:Take a pan and heat the ghee. Add Mango pulp in the ghee and fry till it will get a smooth consistency. Now mix the mango pulp in the ghee till it will get consistency then add powder sugar and let it mix with the mango pulp. Heat this mixture for 5-7 minutes.

Step 3: Now it is time to add milk powder in this mixture. Mix and fry this mixture till it get a good consistency. Remember we have to prepare this mixture on low flame. It is time to add coconut powder, add coconut crush and fry heat this mixture on low flame.

Step 4: Add ilaychi powder in this mixture and mix it well. Now it is time add grind almonds and cashews powder in this mixture. Fry this mixture well and fry till it will get a smooth and firm consistency. Don’t let mixture stick to the pan.

Step 5: Now take a deep plat or tray. Add aluminum foil in this tray then pore this mixture on this foil, add mixture into a tray. Let it cool and then take this mixture in one flat board, place a silver paper and dry fruits as well as saffron top on this mixture and put this mixture in fridge for half and hour, then cut this mixture in square shape. So serve this mango barfi after your meal and it is a very delicious desert or you can eat this mango barfi whenever you want.

Mango barfi is perfect for any occasion because this is easy to make and you can make this barfi in this beautiful mango season and enjoy the summer. And I think no one in the world who don’t like a taste of mango.
- Sugar use is depends upon you, if you don’t like more sweet then use less amount of sugar.
- At the time of making barfi make sure that pulp is not sticking to the pan.
- You can add milk powder and coconut powder at one time in mango pulp.
- While garnishing dry fruits and saffron you can also garnish silver paper on it will give very good look to barfi, but it is totally option.
