    Instant Chicken Recipe | How to Make Chicken – For Beginners – It is very easy but helpful recipe for beginners, who wanted to make a delicious chicken. Mainly for office going people. After your hectic office, if you are planning to cook as well as you are feeling tiered but at the same time you are hungry too, then this is the best recipe for you.

    Instant Chicken recipe is a best fit for non-veg eaters, but if you are vegetarian then use paneer or mushroom instead of chicken pieces. After my office time I used to cook chicken like this and it is best served with rice where the coking and preparation time is not more than 15-20 minutes.

We are going to use easily available ingredients to make this Instant chicken.

    Ingredients for Instant Chicken

    • 250 Gram Chicken
    • 1 chopped tomato
    • 1 chopped onion
    • 3-4 Green chili’s
    • 1 tsp red chili powder
    • 2 tsp ginger-garlic paste
    • 1/2 Bowl coriander leaves
    • 1 Bay leaf
    • 1 inch piece of cinnamon
    • 2 Dry red chili
    • 1 tsp Turmeric powder
    • 2 tsp Coriander powder
    • 1 tsp Garam msala
    • salt

    Step 1: Take chicken in one mixing bowl, clean it well and marinate with 1/2 tsp turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder and salt. Keep it aside. Meanwhile cut the onion, tomato, coriander leaves, onion and green chili. Make a puree of ginger & garlic.

    Step 2: Heat the oil and add dry red chili, cinnamon, bay leaf in it, let the whole spices splutter there aroma in oil. After whole spices are spluttered add chopped onion, tomato and green chili in it, fry this all together. let the mixture cook until it get a smooth texture.

    Step 3: Now add red chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, garam masala and salt in it let the oil release from this mixture. Now oil is released from the masala mixture add marinated chicken in it, mix it well, then pore lemon juice on it. Add 2cup of water in it. Cover it and cook chicken for 7-8 minutes.

    Instant chicken is ready. Garnish coriander leaves on it and serve it with rice. Instant Chicken is good served with both roti and rice, but in this situation I think rice is good fit, because the preparation of rice takes less time and effort.     Additional Information For Instant chicken

    • While making chicken meanwhile take rice in cooker add water clean it and then add more water and let the rice cook on low flame. Rice will be ready parallel to your Instant chicken.
    • Don’t forget to add lemon juice in chicken.
    • If you are vegetarian and using paneer or mushroom, so fry it first then add in gravy.
