It is a very easy recipe, so if you think that it is very difficult to make this chicken preparation at home then, don’t worry I am sharing with you a very easy recipe. You do not need professional skill to make this recipe. In my childhood my Uncle used make this recipe. He personally like spicy chicken steak but for us (“Bachaparty”) he used to make chicken steak the way I am sharing with you.

We are not going to prepare chicken steak same like he used to make, because I am adding new and removing some ingredients. Chicken is full of protein, it is very important for the human body. So if you are wondering how to make chicken steak at home? Then explore the recipe. Read on!
Ingredients for Chicken Steak
- 1 chicken fillet
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 1/2 bowl tomato puree
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 3 tsp Ghee
- 1 tsp Ginger&Garlic paste
- 1 inch piece of ginger
- 10-12 Mint leaves
- Green Chili
How to Make Chicken Steak?
Step 1: We want chicken should marinate with flavours ingredients that include lemon, garlic, tomato and spices. Take chicken fillet clean it well and drain the water thoroughly. Marinate with lemon juice and salt. Keep aside for 30 minutes. Meanwhile cut the tomato and make soft puree out of it, also add ginger and mint leaves in this puree and grind it well.
Step 2: Now take one mixing bowl and add tomato puree, salt, red chili powder also add ginger & garlic paste, mix it well. Add chicken fillet in this puree and pore ghee on it.
Step 3: Gris oven tray with the help of ghee. Now place chicken piece on this tray and pore ghee on top then cook it for 30 minutes at 200 degree celsius. Check after 30 minutes.
Decorate this chicken preparation with lemon, Patron, Cabbage and Green Chili. Serve this type of chicken Recipe With Vegetables, you can use any veggies you like but I am adding green chili, cabbage and Patron.
It is a juicy preparation with mingle of spices and taste of tomato. At my home in rainy session we basically prepare chicken with the spices including aroma of whole spices. we have 20-25 people at home as I have a joint family. So we used to cook many preparation at maximum quantity. Try this recipe at your home and let me know how was it.
- If you want, so you can use butter instead of ghee.
- Serve with the veggies you like.
- Use of spices is depend upon you.
- While cooking make sure oven on right temperature.
- Cook chicken with smoothness and flavor of ghee or butter.
- If you like then you can also add chicken masala in the mixture.
