How to Make Beasan?

Step 1: Take one pan and heat the oil. Add cumin seeds and curry leaves in it. Add chopped onion in the oil. Fry until it turns golden. Fried onion and tomatoes leave their aroma in it. It is a tasty combination of onion and tomato. Now our onion is fried as we want, so it is the right time to add chopped tomatoes in it. Fry this mixture until it gets a smooth texture.

Step 2: Take besan in one mixing bowl and add two cups of water in it, mix it well. Make sure that no basen lumps should form in water. Add a little amount of turmeric powder and coriander leaves in it and mix it.

Step 3: Now take red chili powder, turmeric powder, garlic, salt and coriander powder in one bowl. Take garlic cloves in khalbatta and grind it well, you can grind it in a mixer-grinder too. Now add this mixture in fried onion and tomatoes, fry it well. Add 1 cup of water in this mixture and wait until water boils.

Step 4: It is time to add besan in this masala water. Mix it until the mixture gets a thick and smooth texture. Make sure no besan lumps are there. Make it soft and smooth. Cover it for 5 minutes and let it cook.

Your besan is ready. Garnish coriander leaves on it and serve with bhakri, roti or rice. I would recommend you to have this type of besan recipe with bhakri and rice. Also eat raw onion, pickle and thecha with it.
