So here, I am sharing with you the perfect recipe of Mumbaicha vada Pav. You just need to follow the instructions and Vada for Vada pav will ready in no time. This vadapav Vada is also known as Batata Vada in Maharashtra. Combining the Batata Vada (Potato Wada) with ladi Pav called Vadapav.

    Ingredients for Vada

    • 4 Potato
    • 1 cup Besan Flour | Gram flour
    • 3 Green chili
    • 1 tsp Mustard seeds
    • 2 tsp Hing
    • 1 tsp Amchoor Powder
    • Salt
    • 1/2 Lemon
    • pinch of Baking soda
    • 1/2 baking powder
    • 6 Ladi Pav

    Process to Make Vada

    • Step 1:- Take potatoes and boil it. After boiling the potatoes peel the skin of potatoes and smash it in one bowl.
    • Step 2:- Heat the oil. Add mustard seeds, chopped green chili, Amchoor powder, turmeric and Asafoetida (hing) in the oil. Mix all together.
    • Step 3:- Now add this tadka mixture in the smashed potatoes. Mix all together. Add lemon juice and give a good mix. Make small ball out of this mixture and keep it in a plate.
    • Step 4:- Take gram flour in the bowl. Add slat, turmeric powder, red chili powder, Baking soda, Baking powder in the gram flour. Mix all. Now add little amount of water and starts making batter for vada. Do not make it to diluted. Mixture should have thickness to wrap the vada.
    • Step 5:- Now heat the oil. Take small part of potato mixture, then add it in a gram flour batter. Put the pellet made from the potato mixture in the gram flour mixture, dip it well and leave it in hot oil. Fry this vada crispy.
    • Step 6:- The Vada is fried. Now take out this Vada in a pot. Add a little gram flour mixture to the oil and fry the crumbs. Put it in a plate. Vada’s are ready to serve.

    2.Add it in cooker, also add water.

    3.Take 2 wistles.

    4.Potatoes are boiled. Peel the potatoes.

    • 2 tsp oil

    • Step 1:- Gather all the ingredients at one place. Firstly add coconut powder in pan. Fry it well.
    • Step 2:- Put this roasted coconut powder in the bowl. Now take garlic cloves and add in a oil. saute it. Then add peanuts in the oil. Also add cumin seeds. fry all together.

    • 10-11 Green Chili
    • 1 small bowl coriander leaves
    • 1/2 Fennel seeds
    • 1 tsp lemon juice
    • 1 tsp black salt

    • 1 tsp turmeric powder
