    • Alphonso Mango – 2 nos
    • Almonds – 1 (crushed)
    • Ghee – 1 tsp

    By the way, eating all fruits is good for the body but for me, mango is my favorite fruit. I love every dish made from mango. In all of this, my favorite food is Amaras. It takes only 2 to 3 ingredients to make this dish.

    And making this dish is very easy. In addition, gas does not have to be ignited to make this tasty dish. You can serve this dish with either puran poli or puri and you can eat this food cold or hot.

    1. Firstly take 2 alphonso mango and deep them in water for 5 mins.

    2. After 5 mins take the mangoes out of the water.

    3. Now cut the mango.

    4. Cut mangoes into cubes and transfer them to a bowl.

    5. After cutting both mangoes transfer these mango cubes to a mixing bowl.

    6. Now grind these cubes in smooth texture.

    7. Transfer this to the bowl.

    8. Garnish crushed almonds and pour ghee on this mango pulp.

    9. Aamras is ready to eat.

    10. Serve these tasty aamras with soft crunchy puri.
